Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Please avoid sending private diary entries, check-in answers, or backup folders.
Recover a diary draft
Open Our lines → Unsaid and look for Resume draft or Recently Deleted. If a storage notice appears, reopen the app. Do not uninstall the app while trying to recover local data.
Back up or move to a new phone
Open Care → Backup & restore. Export the complete folder to a private location in Files, such as On My iPhone or iCloud Drive. Transfer the entire folder to your new phone and choose Restore from backup. Restore replaces current saved records; export those first if you need to keep both versions. Backups are not password-encrypted by Red Lines. Delete exported copies separately in Files.
Daily notifications
Open Daily, choose a time and theme, and save. Enable notifications in iOS Settings if blocked. Focus and Scheduled Summary may delay delivery. Open the app occasionally to renew the next 60 days of reminders.
Compatibility
Red Lines supports iOS 17 and later. Optional on-device AI additionally requires iOS 26 or later, compatible hardware, Apple Intelligence enabled, a supported language, and the model ready. Guided exercises remain available without AI.
Delete data
Care → Delete all saved data removes saved relationship records, diary drafts and media, and reminders. It does not remove exported backups or shared copies. Recently Deleted keeps diary items until permanently removed.
Purpose and care
Red Lines provides educational reflection exercises. It cannot identify infidelity, diagnose a relationship, guarantee faithfulness, or replace professional or emergency care. Sharing and participation should be voluntary.
